The process is as simple as remembering something that happened when I was younger... Is that simple. I find that, if I want to involve a process, or some steps to follow, or techniques in the ability to remember, in that exact same moment I concentrate myself in visualizing something, and there is kind a river of information, in different forms, flowing in the background. So it would be like focusing a leaf in an entire landscape... and that’s not all. I become doubtful, because I start to judge what I’m perceiving/seeing in the process. Something like "this is good..."; "this is different..."; "how can I explain what I’m seeing?"; "This doesn't make sense", and so on... I want to be accurate in the information I traduce... So I just say what I remember without judging it... and that’s that simple ;) ....
